AUTOMATED APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
As a courtesy, automated appointment reminders are sent 24-hour in advance via text and email.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we do not guarantee that you will receive the full treatment and may be subject to a reschedule fee if we cannot complete the appointment in the scheduled time. As a courtesy to other clients, please arrive on time and be prepared for a treatment by following the pre-care instructions given in advance.
REQUIRED NOTICE
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid a rescheduling fee.
INSUFFICIENT NOTICE
Certain appointment types require a 50% deposit to schedule. This deposit can be refunded, or applied to a future booking if you reschedule with sufficient notice (24-hours prior). If you cancel or reschedule without providing 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
NO-SHOW
We consider a “No Show” if you miss your scheduled appointment within two hours of your scheduled appointment time. In this case, you will be charged 75% of the services to your card stored on file. A continued history of no-shows may result in refusal of service.
